I love food. The hubs will agree that if I’m given the choice between shopping and eating, eating wins out. Every. Time.

Okay, but why the obsession?

Simple. Food trucks not only provide

a. food (see above).

but

b. an excuse to get out of the house.

Now that I’m home most of the day caring for a little human person, excursions are my new form of sanity.

But the coolest reason?

Timed correctly, I can grab grub at one of these mobile eateries, settle the sleepy kid back in the car seat, and as the tot naps, enjoy my spoils — all while parked in the shade, workin’ on a script and groovin’ to [insert name of any 90’s song here].
